It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 17th Asia Pacific Congress of Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia (ELSA) to be held in Bali, Indonesia from August 14 to 17, 2024, our most beloved and most beautiful island.

Since the first congress, our congress has grown into one of the most authoritative congresses while remarkably contributing to the advancement of techniques of minimally invasive surgery. ELSA is the best place for all the surgeons, especially in Asia, to collaborate and to build relationships for the future of minimal invasive surgery.
