Project Scope and Challenge Olympus Singapore 

Workshop88 proudly presents the succesfull execution of a custom Exhibition for Olympus at a major international expo event in Singapore. This project underscores our capability as an International Booth Contractor to deliver high precision designs with seamless execution overseas. 

This project involved the construction of the OLYMPUS Booth with dimensions of 5 x 6 meters ( 36 square meters ) While the size is modest, the core challenge in integrating Olympus’s Cutting edge technology into a design that was elegant, professional, and compliant with Singapores strict MICE ( Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition ) Standards.

As an Overseas Exhibition Contractor, We navigated unique international logistic challenges. All materials and the core team were meticolously managed to ensure 

• Singapore Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the design and materials adhered to all safety standards and venue regulations in Singapore.

• Functional Design: This 6x6m Custom Booth Design featured prominent product displays, private discussion areas, and strategic visual merchandising focused on optimal user experience.

• Efficient Installation Time: Utilizing Modular Booth Fabrication techniques, we were able to significantly expedite the Exhibition Setup and Stand Installation, minimizing logistics costs and on-site time.

Our Focus was to create a mini gallery that exuded an image of high quality, reliability, and innovation, perfectly aligned with the Olympus Brand Positioning. 

The Success of this project was defined by the details. We utilized specific lighting to accentuate Olympus’s official products, clean and minimalist material finishes ( reflecting Japanese Philosophy ) , and seamless digital screen integration. This 6 x 6 booth Successfully captivated global delegates, proving that size is not everything but intelligent design and perfect execution are key.
